依据高校学生的身心特点,从健身气功的运动形式出发,并结合健身气功·五禽戏的功法特点和实际教学经验,通过运用文献资料法、归纳分析法、实验法、访谈法和统计分析法,提出了将功法教学程序分为连续逐级提高的三个阶段,即“体操式阶段-提示词阶段-和谐化阶段”的“三阶”教学方略。
Based on the physical and mental characteristics of college students, starting from the exercise form of Health Qigong and combining with the practice methods and practical teaching experiences of Health Qigong and Wu Qin Opera, through the use of literature, induction, experiment, interview and statistical analysis, The paper puts forward that the teaching method of exercises should be divided into three stages which are successively improved step by step, that is, the teaching strategy of “third stage” of “gymnastic stage - cue stage - harmonization stage”.
