自体造血干细胞移植支持下的高剂量化疗已成为高危乳腺癌综合治疗的重要手段之一。自体造血干细胞在采集过程中可被体内的乳腺癌细胞污染 ,这些污染的肿瘤细胞可能导致移植后的复发 ,但其对预后的最终影响受多因素影响。外周血干细胞 (PBPC)被乳腺癌细胞污染的几率和程度均低于自体骨髓。体外净化一定程度上能减少移植物中的肿瘤细胞含量。
High-dose chemotherapy supported by autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation has become one of the important means for comprehensive treatment of high-risk breast cancer. Autologous hematopoietic stem cells can be contaminated by breast cancer cells in vivo during the collection process. These contaminated tumor cells may lead to recurrence after transplantation, but their ultimate impact on prognosis is affected by multiple factors. Peripheral blood stem cells (PBPCs) are less likely to be contaminated by breast cancer cells than autologous bone marrow. In vitro purification can reduce the amount of tumor cells in the graft to some extent.
