为充分利用焦化蜡油,可将它作为催化裂化的接合原料,但由于焦化蜡油氮含量高,需进行脱氮处理。开发了一种新型复合溶剂,能对焦化蜡油进行有效的溶剂萃取脱氮处理。提出了萃取剂的组成及温度、剂油比和理论级数等适宜的工艺操作参数。该工艺能将精制油的氮含量从5000μg/g降至1500μg/g以下,而精制油的收率在80%以上。
