In Jack London’s novel Call of the Wild, through a series of encounters of Buck, the hero reflects the law of survival of the fittest and reveals the ethical awareness hidden in the author’s subconscious survival competition. Barker survives in the wild, following the ethical rules of the jungle in the animal kingdom, returning to the wilderness far from humanity to prove to us the result of ethical confusion. The works reflect that the survival and development of mankind can not be surrendered unethically, and human beings can not be restrained by animal ethics.
