研究西洋参多糖(polysaccharidefrompanaxquinquefoliumPPQ)对小鼠脾淋巴细胞刺激效应。通过3H掺入法测淋巴细胞转化及母细胞增殖法测IL-2合成。结果表明,PPQ可协同亚剂量ConA促进脾淋巴细胞转化及IL-2合成。将PPQ—1进一步分离得到4种成分(PPQ-1-1~4)。体外实验结果表明,PPQ-1-1~4既可单独也可协同亚剂量ConA促进脾淋巴细胞转化。提示西洋参多糖对小鼠脾淋巴细胞具有一定刺激作用。
To study the stimulating effect of polysaccharide derived from panax quinquefolium PPQ on splenic lymphocytes of mice. 3H-incorporation assay was used to measure IL-2 synthesis by lymphocyte transformation and blast proliferation assay. The results showed that PPQ could synergize sub-dose ConA to promote spleen lymphocyte transformation and IL-2 synthesis. PPQ-1 was further separated to obtain four components (PPQ-1-1 ~ 4). In vitro experimental results show that, PPQ-1-1 ~ 4 alone or in combination with sub-dose ConA can promote spleen lymphocyte transformation. Prompted polysaccharides ginseng on mouse splenic lymphocytes have a certain stimulating effect.
