汽车活塞销的生产除少部分仍然采用切削加工以外,绝大部分是采用双向反挤压工艺。对于高速汽油机或强化柴油机用的活塞销,由于工作负荷大,在使用过程中易产生断裂失效。为了解决上述问题,提出活塞销温-冷挤压复合成形的新构思,并对中间退火工艺进行改进,最终形成活塞销温挤-热处理-冷挤集成制造工艺。
