目的:探索不同呼叫模式在临床护理中的应用效果。方法:2015年10—12月使用开放式呼叫,2016年1—3月使用对讲机进行精准呼叫,对比开放式呼叫与精准呼叫患者的二次呼叫率、主班护士及责任护士每日行进距离、患者的护理满意度、病房噪音等指标。结果:患者的二次呼叫率由21%降低至11%,责任护士日平均行进距离由8.5km降至6.8km,患者的护理满意度较使用前有统计学意义(P<0.05),有效的降低病室噪音。结论:使用无线对讲机系统降低了二次呼叫率,改善了呼叫效果,减轻了护士工作量,提高工作效率,提高患者满意度,降低了病房噪音,应推广于临床。
Objective: To explore the effect of different call patterns in clinical nursing. Methods: Open calls were made in October-December 2015 and precision calls were made using walkie-talkies in January-March 2016. The comparison was made between the two-way calling rate of patients with open calls and precision calls, the daily distance traveled by the main nurses and responsible nurses, Patient’s nursing satisfaction, ward noise and other indicators. Results: The secondary call rate decreased from 21% to 11%, and the average distance traveled by responsible nurses dropped from 8.5km to 6.8km. The nursing satisfaction of patients was statistically significant (P <0.05), and the effective Reduce ward noise. Conclusion: The use of wireless walkie-talkie system reduces the secondary call rate, improves the call effect, reduces the nurses workload, improves the work efficiency, improves the patient satisfaction and reduces the ward noise, which should be extended to the clinic.
