笔者近1年来应用酮替芬(Ketotifen)治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎56例,获得满意效果,报告如下。一般资料本组56例,50例为门诊病例,6例系住院病例,符合北京儿童医院诊断标准(北京儿童医院,实用儿科学(下册),第4版,北京:人民卫生出版社,1985:38)。治疗方法与效果酮替芬每日0.08～0.1mg/kg,分早晚口服,连服3～4天。服药期间停用其他止咳平喘药物,病情较重或疑似有细菌感染者适当给予抗生素。根据喘息情况评定疗效。
