卷斗青冈种子分别采用0.2%高锰酸钾溶液、70℃温水处理进行育苗试验,对不同处理的种子发芽率和1年生苗木生长发育状况进行观测对比。结果表明:2种处理方法间的种子发芽率和苗木生长发育各指标均达到极显著差异水平。在随采随播的情况下,采用0.2%高锰酸钾溶液处理的种子发芽率高达93.4%,比70℃温热水处理的增加5%;1年生苗高、地径、苗冠幅、主根长、侧根长平均分别达38.6 cm、0.40 cm、22.5 cm、14.8 cm、7.7 cm,比70℃温水处理的分别提高8.12%、8.11%、25.70%、18.40%、6.94%。采用0.2%高锰酸钾溶液处理种子能有效提高卷斗青冈种子发芽率和苗木培育质量。
The seeds of Cyclobalanopsis glauca were treated with 0.2% potassium permanganate solution and warm water at 70 ℃ for nursery experiments. The germination rate of seedlings and growth and development of 1-year-old seedlings were observed and compared. The results showed that the seed germination rate and seedling growth and development index reached the extremely significant difference between the two treatments. The seed germination rate of seeds treated with 0.2% potassium permanganate solution was as high as 93.4% with the increase of 5% when compared with that of 70 ℃. The annual height, diameter, seedling width, The main root length and lateral root length averaged 38.6 cm, 0.40 cm, 22.5 cm, 14.8 cm and 7.7 cm, respectively, which were 8.12%, 8.11%, 25.70%, 18.40% and 6.94% higher than those of 70 ℃. Treatment of seed with 0.2% potassium permanganate solution can effectively improve the seed germination rate and the quality of seedling culture.
