义务教育阶段英语课程的总目标是:通过英语学习使学生形成初步的综合语言运用能力,促进心智发展,提高综合人文素养。综合语言运用能力的形成建立在语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识等方面整体发展的基础之上。(英语课程标准,2011)。阅读教学是培养学生综合语用能力的重要手段之一。合理,有效的阅读课任务设计是开展阅读教学的根本保证,但是现在很多教师对于阅读课任务的设计只停留在词汇和语法知识的讲解上,文本处理的不够深刻,完全忽视学生思维能力的提升,其任务设计不能够兼顾语言、信息、思想三个阅读层次,成为制约初中英语阅读教学成效的重要因素之一。因此,教师在阅读课任务设计方面需要做更多的思考。
The overall goal of the compulsory education phase of the English curriculum is: through English learning to enable students to form a preliminary ability to use an integrated language to promote mental development and improve the overall quality of humanities. The formation of comprehensive language proficiency is based on the overall development of language skills, language knowledge, emotional attitudes, learning strategies and cultural awareness. (English Course Standard, 2011). Reading teaching is one of the important means to train students’ comprehensive pragmatic competence. Reasonable and Effective Reading Class Task design is the fundamental guarantee for reading teaching. But nowadays many teachers design their reading class only in the explanation of vocabulary and grammar knowledge. The text processing is not deep enough and the students’ thinking ability is completely ignored , Its task design can not take into account the three reading levels of language, information and thought, becoming one of the important factors restricting the effectiveness of English reading teaching in junior middle school. Therefore, teachers need to do more thinking in reading class task design.
