目的:研究小叶地不容块根的化学成分。方法:应用多种柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据和理化性质鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从小叶地不容块根中分离鉴定了11个化合物,分别为:去氢克班宁(1)、左旋四氢巴马汀(2)、克班宁(3)、(-)-sukhodianine-β-N-oxide(4)、promucosine(5)、(-)-sukhodianine(6)、4-hydroxycrebanine(7)、N-methylasimilobine-2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(8)、巴马汀(9)、(+)-stepharine(10)、(-)-asimilobine(11)。结论:其中,化合物5为首次从千金藤属植物中分离得到,化合物5、7、8和10为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Aims: To study the chemical composition of tuberous roots. Methods: A variety of column chromatography techniques were used for the isolation and purification. The structures of the compounds were identified by spectral data and physico-chemical properties. Results: Eleven compounds were isolated and identified from the root tuberous root tuberous roots, which were: dehydroquercimbin (1), levamisole (2), kebanin (3) β-N-oxide (4), promucosine (5), (-) - sukhodianine (6), 4-hydroxycrebanine (7), N-methylasimilobine-2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (9), (+) - stepharine (10), (-) - asimilobine (11). Conclusion: Among them, compound 5 was isolated from Arctium genus for the first time, and compounds 5, 7, 8 and 10 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
