Glyphosate is a biocidal herbicide with broad spectrum of herbicides, low toxicity and low residual amount of soil [1]. However, long-term single use can lead to the generation of resistant (resistant) glyphosate weeds, causing serious losses to agricultural production [2]. At present, the common methods for detecting the sensitivity of weeds to glyphosate are the whole plant assay and the Petri dish method [3], but all require the collection of seed and some of the seeds also have the characteristics of long dormancy and hard to be broken. Therefore, It takes a long time to determine the sensitivity. In this study, five kinds of common weed in farmland were used as materials to explore under indoor and field conditions
