兼职作为当今社会的普遍现象,是大学生迈向社会的一项重要的社会实践活动,由兼职引发的纠纷及解决一直是社会关注的重点,多元化纠纷解决机制为其提供了新的视角。本文选取从大学生兼职纠纷问题入手,通过对国内外现存结局方式分析,引入多元化纠纷解决机制的原理和运行模式。最后将两者结合,并以此为中心展开讨论和分析,试图从多方面论证多元化纠纷解决机制运用于大学生兼职纠纷解决的合理性和正当性。
Part-time job, as a common phenomenon in today’s society, is an important social practice for university students to move toward society. Dispute and resolution caused by part-time work have always been the focus of society. Diversified dispute resolution mechanisms have provided them with new perspectives. This article starts with the problem of part-time college students’ disputes and analyzes the existing ending methods both at home and abroad. It introduces the principle and mode of operation of the multiple dispute resolution mechanisms. Finally, the two are combined to discuss and analyze as the center, trying to demonstrate the rationality and legitimacy of applying the mechanism of pluralistic dispute resolution to the part-time dispute resolution of college students.
