建筑设计中,当上下楼层的结构形式不一样时,往往通过设置转换层来进行转换,这种转换层起到了承上启下的作用,受力相当复杂,是结构设计中的难点。同时转换层截面尺寸大,混凝土和钢筋的用量都非常大,且施工过程中的不确定性因素多,给转换层的施工及其质量控制带来了很大的难度。本文分析了梁式转换层结构的特点及形式,并从模板支设、钢筋绑扎安装、混凝土浇注、支撑系统四方面详细阐述了梁式转换层的施工技术工艺和质量保证措施。

In this paper, the characteristics and forms of beam conversion layer structure are analyzed. The construction technology and quality assurance measures of beam conversion layer are elaborated in detail from the aspects of formwork support, reinforcement binding, concrete pouring and support system.
