全员劳动合同制的实行,拉开了1992年深化经济体制改革的序幕。群众呼唤改革,但是又对改革必然涉及的利益调整有些疑虑。劳动用工制度的改革与全国亿万职工的利益息息相关,必然引起企业干部和工人的极大关注。最近,本刊记者带着解青同志反映的问题走访了国家劳动部劳动力管理和就业司李冠生副司长和北京第一棉纺织厂的部分职工。我们希望李冠生同志的回答和本刊记者从京棉一厂采写的情况,能对解答读者的疑问有所帮助。
The implementation of the full-scale labor contract system opened the prelude to deepening the economic reform in 1992. The masses call for reform, but they have some doubts about the interest adjustment that the reform necessarily involves.
