本文报道了雌性大鼠全孕期接受氚水β射线或~(137)Csγ射线的照射后,自然分娩的仔鼠大脑重量和孕期长短以及辐射剂量的关系。实验用的氘水β剂量率为0、0.5、1.2、2.0和3.8rad~(-1)五种,~(137)Csγ射线的剂量率为0、1.0、2.0、4.0,6.0、8.0和12.0rad d~(-1)七种。共观察了134只孕鼠和1580只仔鼠。结果表明,妊娠22.0天的仔鼠平均大脑重量,随辐射剂量的增加而呈线性减少。和~(137)Csγ射线比较,氚水β射线的相对生物效应系数为1.55—2.14。
This article reports the relationship between the brain weight and the duration of pregnancy and the dose of radiation in offspring of spontaneous delivery in female rats exposed to β ray or ~ (137) Csγ ray during whole pregnancy. The dose of deuterium water β dose was 0, 0.5, 1.2, 2.0 and 3.8 rad -1, and the dose rate of 137 Csγ ray was 0, 1.0, 2.0, 4.0, 6.0, 8.0 and 12.0 rad d ~ (-1) seven kinds. A total of 134 pregnant rats and 1580 pups were observed. The results showed that the average brain weight of offspring of 22.0 days of gestation decreased linearly with the increase of radiation dose. Compared with ~ (137) Csγ ray, the relative biological effect coefficient of tritiated water β ray is 1.55-2.14.
