本文报道参与全球分子育种计划的部分工作,用华南广东双季稻生态区的重要核心种质丰矮占1号、粤香占构建华南急需的优质抗病近等基因系的相关研究。华南地区尤其广东由于经济比较发达,人们很早就注重优质水稻品种的培育,但华南区高温高湿的生态条件,病害发生比较严重,因此,利用世界各地的广泛资源为供体,以当地重要的核心材料为受体,构建优质抗性的近等基因导入系,对水稻育种和相关应用基础研究十分必要。
In this paper, we report on some of the work involved in the global molecular breeding program. Using the key core collection Fengshian No. 1 in the double cropping paddy ecotope of Guangdong Province in Guangdong Province, Guangdong Xiangxian accounted for the urgent need to construct a high-quality disease-resistant near-isogenic line in southern China. Due to the relatively developed economy in southern China, especially in Guangdong, people have long focused on the cultivation of high-quality rice varieties.
