设计了一套成形台式电脑机箱主板的多工位级进模,为提高材料利用率,在模具上采用套冲设计,在主产品的设计废料区套冲一个副产品,使材料利用率提高11.6%。在套冲设计上,选取主产品与副产品之间不变形的边作为载体,条料带动主产品和副产品同步运动,较好地解决了主产品与副产品之间的协调问题。整套模具分为6个工步,针对每个工步冲压成形内容较多的问题,在排样设计时合理安排各工步成形内容,使产品在各工步基本达到均匀成形,模具镶件和冲压载荷基本均匀分布。研究表明,当多工位级进模生产产品的废料够多时,可在设计废料区域套冲另外一个工件,可显著提高材料的利用率。
In order to improve material utilization, a set of punch design was adopted on the mold, a by-product was set in the design waste area of the main product to make the material utilization rate increase by 11.6% . In the design of sleeve punch, the non-deformed side between the main product and the by-product is selected as the carrier, the strip material drives the synchronous movement of the main product and the byproduct, and the problem between the main product and the by-product is well solved. The entire mold is divided into six steps, for each step press forming more problems, in the layout design reasonable arrangements for the formation of the steps, so that the basic steps in the product to achieve uniform shape, mold inserts and Stamping load is basically uniform distribution. Research shows that when more scrap is available in a multi-position progressive die product, another piece can be blasted into the design waste area, significantly increasing material utilization.
