可卡因对胎鼠脑细胞DNA含量的影响

目的探讨不同剂量可卡因对胎鼠脑细胞DNA含量的影响.方法实验组每日分别给妊娠Wistar大鼠皮下注射不同剂量的盐酸可卡因15天.对照组每日给相同剂量的普通生理盐水15天.在可卡因使用的第15天分别取胎鼠大脑组织.用流式细胞技术检测脑细胞DNA含量及细胞凋亡.结果在使用可卡因15 mg/kg和25mg/kg组出现脑细胞凋亡,且脑细胞DNA含量减少,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),而1.5mg/kg组未出现脑细胞凋亡.结论使用大剂量可卡因可以诱导胎鼠脑细胞凋亡,导致胎鼠脑细胞DNA含量减少.
