结合上海市某污水输送工程,本文对钢承口钢筋混凝土管道双密封止水接口的止水性能进行了模型试验研究。采用楔形和半圆形的橡胶圈形成六种密封圈组合型式,对管道接口进行内水压试验、外水压试验、转角试验及橡胶圈工作状况的测试等试验内容。通过试验结果,对不同的密封圈组合型式的不同效果进行了比较,并为工程实际提出了积极建议。
Combined with a sewage transfer project in Shanghai, this paper carried out a model test on the water-stopping performance of the double-sealed water-stop interface of steel bellows reinforced concrete pipe. The use of wedge-shaped and semi-circular rubber ring to form a combination of six types of seals on the pipeline interface for the hydrostatic test, external hydraulic pressure test, corner test and rubber ring working conditions test content. Through the test results, the different effects of different combinations of seal rings are compared, and some positive suggestions are put forward for engineering practice.
