在高考中，对“be + 过去分词 + 介词”的非谓语形式的考查真是屡见不鲜，用传统的思维模式解决这类问题颇感棘手，但在引入其非谓语形式这一创新思维模式后，这类问题就会迎刃而解，收到事半功倍的效果｡
英语中，由be/get + 过去分词 + 介词构成的短语动词，如果带上be/get就构成谓语形式;如果去掉be/get就构成非谓语形式，其常可以作如下成分:
1. 作状语:
Faced with these issues，the two governments and strategists will have to find a way to maintain the stability of bilateral ties.(faced with为be faced with的非谓语形式)
Accustomed to climbing the steep mountains，he had no difficulty reaching the top.(accustomed to 为be accustomed to 的非谓语形式)
Dressed in diving suits，Captain Nemo and his guests walk around in this magic world，lighted by the lamps of the ship.(dressed in为 be dressed in 的非谓语形式)
Located in southern Austria，Kitzbuhel is a paradise for skiers.(located in为 be located in 的非谓语形式)
2. 作定语:
When the first English settlers arrived in the New World，the Indians wearing jewellery made of animal bones greeted them warmly.(made of 为be made of的非谓语形式)
Don’t use words，expressions or phrases only known to people with specific knowledge.(known to为be known to的非谓语形式)
Copacabana，also known as the“Princess of the Sea”，has just celebrated its one hundredth birthday and is more beautiful than ever.(known as为be known as的非谓语形式)
3. 作宾语补足语:
I found him lost in thought，so I didn’t disturb him.(lost in thought为be lost in thought的非谓语形式)
