为什么全国几十家音刊上几乎期期都发表儿歌,可儿童仍然无歌可唱?有关方面也采取过诸如评奖、推荐等不少措施,但孩子们仍置那些“优秀儿歌”于不顾:反而津津有味地喝着:“鞋儿破,帽儿破,身上的袈裟破。”连幼儿园的娃娃们都在唱那些卿卿我我的时髦情歌哩!这本属不该出现的怪事,但司空见惯人们也就不以为然了。笔者带着这个问题翻阅了自建国以来出版的不少音刊和儿童歌曲集,发现我们的儿童歌曲作家好象都具有一个共同的愿望,即想让儿童歌曲也象成人歌曲甚至交响乐那样,去表现一个大主题,如反对战争、保卫
