通过农机培训,能够有效提升农民在农机操作和农机维修等方面的能力和水平,有利于提升农民获取高收入的能力,为建设社会主义新农村提供必要的智力支持。在本文中,笔者首先探讨了强化农机培训对促进农业发展的意义,而后分析了强化农机培训的若干建议。
Through agricultural training, the ability and level of peasants in agricultural operations and farm machinery maintenance can be effectively improved, which is conducive to enhancing peasants’ ability to obtain high income and providing the necessary intellectual support for building a new socialist countryside. In this article, I first discussed the significance of strengthening agricultural training to promote agricultural development, and then analyzed some suggestions to strengthen agricultural training.
