Recent studies suggest that premature ovarian failure and immune disorders. In this study, we used flow cytometry to classify cells and study the distribution of Th1 / Th2 in peripheral blood CD4 + T lymphocytes in patients with premature ovarian failure by in situ hybridization to investigate the mechanism of autoimmune damage in premature ovarian failure. Results: The percentage of Th1 cells in premature ovarian failure group (4976 ± 922) was significantly higher than that in control group (2006 ± 710) (P0.001). Th1 / Th2 cell ratio (115 ± 0 17) was significantly higher than the control group (063 ± 009) (P <0.001). Tip Th1, Th2 cells regulate imbalance may be related to the occurrence of premature ovarian failure.
