对于研发活动,布什的线性模型与司托克斯的巴斯德象限模型,都在特定的历史时期对研发活动的认识以及科技政策的制定与发展等产生了很大影响。司托克斯结合案例分析提出巴斯德象限模型,打破了线性模型前半部分对于基础研究与应用研究的二分法。而在当代,研发活动出现了各种新动态,线性模型与巴斯德象限模型再演进,打破了从研究到商品化之间的二分法;结合独立型研发企业或机构的出现,提出新巴斯德象限模型,指出后学院科学中的研发活动作为一种独立产业的出现与发展,将线性模型后半部分的二分法进一步消解,最后提出了新巴斯德象限的意义与启示。
For the R & D activities, both the Bush’s linear model and the Stokes Quadrant model have a significant impact on R & D awareness and the formulation and development of science and technology policies in a particular historical period. Stokes combined with case analysis proposed Pasteur quadrant model, breaking the first half of the linear model for the basic research and applied dichotomy. However, in the contemporary era, various new developments have taken place in R & D activities, linear models and Pasteur quadrants evolve, breaking the dichotomy between research and commercialization. In the light of the emergence of independent R & D enterprises or institutions, Sid quadrant model. It points out the emergence and development of R & D activities in post-college science as an independent industry, further digests the dichotomy of the latter part of the linear model, and finally puts forward the significance and enlightenment of the Neo-Pasteur’s quadrant.
