在机械维修工作中,尽管由于对机械零部件的热胀冷缩重视不够会导致各种故障的出现,但如能正确掌握合理利用机械零部件的热胀冷缩原理和规律,对提高修理质量加快维修进度也会起到很大的促进作用。本文就其在维修实践中的一点体会介绍如下:一、恢复轴颈尺寸的镶套工艺凡靠使用表面镀层(如镀铬、镀铜)方法不易修复并磨损严重的轴,只有采用镶套的方法才能恢复轴的原形及尺寸。镶套方法如下:1.根据轴颈的尺寸及工作强度的要求,决定所镶套的实际厚度,即内、外径尺寸差。
