评价显象管质量,最直观且容易测定的参数有屏幕亮度B、截止电压U_(kJ)(或U_(mJ))、聚焦电压U_(A3)、灯丝电流I_f、各极漏电流I_L及外形尺寸等。但这些参数不能反应管子最本质(特别是寿命)的性能,本文介绍并讨论几种考核显象管内在质量的方法。阴极象阴极是显象管的心脏,它是管子最核心最关键的部份。如管内真空度不好,零部件清洁处理不彻底,电子枪零件上有毛刺,某些工艺环节(如阴极分解、老练、高压去毛刺)处理不当等,均能十分灵敏地影响阴极质量。显象管正常工作时,以十分细小的电子束打在荧光屏上,此时电子束着屏点的尺寸为O.5毫米左右。我们知道,电子束着屏点是电子束交叉点的象,也就是阴极有效发射面电子发射的图象。

The normal tube work, to a very small electron beam hit the screen, then the size of electron beam screen point of about O. 5mm. We know that the electron beam landing point is the electron beam intersection point of the image, that is, the cathode effective emission surface electron emission images.
