在深入研究了端壁形状和曲率变化对叶片气动性能的影响的基础上 ,改进设计了一台高转速双级小型轴流压缩机的第二级静子叶片 ,分析了出口级附近流道形状变化对静子叶片气动性能的影响 ,并进行了设计修正 ,最终获得了气动性能良好的静子叶片设计。算例结果表明 :流道形状变化对静子叶片气动性能特别是叶片表面马赫数分布有较大影响。
Based on the study of the influence of the shape and curvature of the endwall on the aerodynamic performance of the blade, the second stage stator blade of a high-speed two-stage miniature axial-flow compressor is designed and improved. The change of the shape of the flowpath near the outlet is analyzed On the aerodynamic performance of the stator blade, and the design of the amendment, and finally get a good aerodynamic performance of the stator blade design. The results of numerical examples show that the change of runner shape has a great influence on the aerodynamic performance of the stator blade, especially the Mach number distribution on the blade surface.
