本文报告应用激光 血卟啉衍生物辅助手术治疗26例脑恶性肿瘤,其中21例为恶性胶质瘤4例为脑转移癌,1例为恶性脑膜瘤。我们认为应用4～7mg/kg体重HPD和波长630nm激光.剂量达到300J/cm辅助手术治疗脑恶性胂瘤未增加并发症的发生.且取得了较好的治疗效果。
In this paper, we report the use of laser hematoporphyrin derivatives for the surgical treatment of 26 brain malignancies, of which 21 were malignant gliomas, 4 were brain metastases, and 1 was malignant meningioma. We believe that the use of 4 ~ 7mg/kg body weight of HPD and laser wavelength of 630nm. The dose of 300J/cm adjuvant surgical treatment of malignant brain tumors did not increase the incidence of complications, and achieved a good therapeutic effect.
