改革开放以来,中国的基础设施建设可谓一日千里,混凝土施工也从过去的人工方式逐步向着机械化方式迈进。混凝土机械在城市建设、交通运输、农田水利和国防建设中正发挥着越来越重要的作用。在大型建筑物混凝土的输送与浇注过程中,传统的方式是采用吊斗。采用这种方式的明显缺点是浇注时间长、效率低,质量控制成本高。因此,在现代混凝土的输送与浇注过程中,随着建筑物体积与高度的增大,以及对质量和进度要求的增高,混凝土的泵送施工的应用越来越广泛。如何更好地认识和掌握这种较新的施工方法,是摆在每一个混凝土施工者面前的一个重要而现实的问题。
Since the reform and opening up, China's infrastructure construction has been flourishing and the concrete construction has gradually moved from a manual mode to a mechanized mode. Concrete machinery is playing an increasingly important role in urban construction, transportation, farmland water conservancy and national defense construction. In the large-scale construction concrete conveying and pouring process, the traditional way is to use bucket. The obvious disadvantage of using this approach is pouring time, low efficiency, high quality control costs. Therefore, in the process of transportation and pouring of modern concrete, as the volume and height of buildings increase and the requirements for quality and progress increase, the application of concrete pumping is more and more widely used. How to better understand and master this newer construction method is an important and realistic problem for every concrete construction worker.
