目的探讨MRI在先天性心脏病复杂和复合畸形中的应用价值。方法 20例复杂和复合先天性心脏病患者接受MR检查,无线矢量心电门控及屏气或自由呼吸下采用快速自旋回波序列和梯度回波序列(FLASH)并结合TSENSE及TREAT技术,对心血管解剖形态、功能等各方面进行综合评价,并与超声心动图和(或)X线心血管造影结果对比。结果按主要畸形分类:右心室双出口11例,单心室3例,矫正型大动脉错位2例、心内膜垫缺损、肺动脉闭锁、主动脉弓离断及主动脉缩窄各1例。MRI与X线造影的诊断符合率为95.00%,超声与X线造影的符合率为75.00%。结论 MRI结合多种新技术可对复杂和复合先天性心脏病进行解剖形态、运动功能等方面的全面评价。
Objective To investigate the value of MRI in the diagnosis of complex and deformity of congenital heart disease. Methods Twenty patients with complex and complex congenital heart disease were examined by MR, radio-controlled ECG gating and breath-hold or free-breathing with rapid spin echo sequence and gradient echo sequence (FLASH) combined with TSENSE and TREAT techniques. Vascular anatomy, function and other aspects of a comprehensive evaluation, and with echocardiography and (or) X-ray contrast results. Results According to the main deformity classification, there were 11 cases of right ventricular double outlet, 3 cases of single ventricle, 2 cases of correction type great arteries malposition, endocardial cushion defect, pulmonary atresia, aortic arch disconnection and aortic constriction. The coincidence rate of MRI and X-ray was 95.00%, the coincidence rate of ultrasound and X-ray was 75.00%. Conclusion MRI combined with a variety of new techniques for complex and complex congenital heart disease anatomical morphology, motor function and other aspects of a comprehensive evaluation.
