当前我国成人高等教育主体对象正在由在职人员逐渐转向以在职和非在职人员并有的局面。非在职的社会角色要求成教大学毕业生和普通高校大学毕业生一样要面对严峻的就业问题。本文提出社会对成人教育的偏见和人为的就业制度偏狭是造成成教大学生就业难的一个重要原因。提出必须匡正和转变社会对成人教育的不良认识,提高教育教学质量,塑就良好社会声誉,加强职业规划和就业指导,提升成教大学生核心竞争力才是破解这一难题的基本对策。
At present, the main target of adult higher education in our country is gradually shifting from the incumbent to the existing and non-working staff. Non-serving social roles require that adult undergraduates face the same serious employment problems as their counterparts at ordinary colleges and universities. This article proposes that social prejudice against adult education and man-made employment system are the main reasons for the difficulty of finding employment for adult college students. It is the basic countermeasure to correct this problem that it is necessary to rectify and change the society’s poor understanding of adult education, improve the quality of education and teaching, mold a good social reputation, strengthen career planning and employment guidance, and enhance the core competitiveness of adult college students.
