利用高温激光共聚焦显微镜加上自行研制的脉冲磁场发生装置,研究脉冲磁场对45钢凝固组织的影响。在熔体凝固阶段中施加不同的脉冲磁场,分析不同强度的磁场电压对最终凝固组织影响。结果表明:施加脉冲磁场较未施加时组织明显细化,随着励磁电压的提高,凝固组织明显细化。将脉冲磁场电压由10V增加到50V,试样平均晶粒尺寸由720μm降至416μm。
The influence of pulsed magnetic field on the solidification microstructure of 45 steel was studied by using the laser confocal microscope combined with the pulsed magnetic field generator developed by ourselves. Different pulsed magnetic fields were applied in the melt solidification stage to analyze the effect of magnetic field voltage of different intensities on the final solidified structure. The results show that the microstructure of the pulsed magnetic field is obviously refined when the applied magnetic field is not applied, and the solidified microstructure is obviously refined with the increase of the excitation voltage. The pulse magnetic field voltage increased from 10V to 50V, the average grain size from 720μm to 416μm.
