论文在对中国回族聚集的宁夏吴忠市部分农村小学进行问卷调查及实地访谈的基础上,从教育公平的角度探讨了民族地区农村师资存在的问题及其成因,并提出了改变民族地区农村小学师资状况的相关对策。
