有色冶金企业通过综合利用原料来增加产品的产量是有潜力的。有价组分的主要损失是和当代冶炼流程所同有的一系列缺点(缺乏单独处理半成品、生产废料和废气利用的设备;除尘设备效率低)有关。应根据返回产品的成分来选择其处理流程。在现有工艺条件下,通过单独处理返回产品和废渣可减少有色金属的损失并改善原料的综合利用。
Non-ferrous metallurgy enterprises have potential by increasing the output of their products through comprehensive utilization of raw materials. The major loss of valuable components is related to a number of shortcomings (lack of equipment for semi-finished products, waste and exhaust gas utilization; inefficient dust removal equipment) that are common to contemporary smelting processes. The process of returning the product should be based on its composition. Under the current process conditions, the return of products and waste through separate treatment can reduce the loss of non-ferrous metals and improve the comprehensive utilization of raw materials.
