由于我国新课程改革政策的实施,使初中教学模式发生了很多的变化。在新课改的要求下,如何更深层次的理解新课改的内涵,促进初中生综合素质的全面发展,成为我国很多中学目前重中之重的工作。这不仅要求初中的班主任老师在教学手法上进行改革和创新,同时在对班级的管理上也要找出新的方法。本文将会从多个方面去分析和研究初中班主任在新课改背景下的管理教学工作,以及目前存在的问题,并做出相应的解决方法。一、引言
