教育是一个国家和民族振兴的基石,在新时期,我们应该把教育摆在优先发展的战略地位。然而,教育的发展需要教育者思想道德素质的支撑。现如今,在我们的教育行列中,出现了许多有损教师师德形象的事件,不利于教育事业的和谐、持续、健康发展。因此,本文作者通过教师师德师风的现状分析,从教育者自身、教育对象和社会三个方面对教师如何在新时期树立良好的师德形象做了简要概述,旨在提高我们教师队伍的师德修养和整体素质,能够很好地履行党和人民赋予我们的神圣使命。 Education is the cornerstone of the rejuvenation of a country and its people. In the new period, we should put education in a strategic position that gives priority to development. However, the development of education needs the support of educators’ ideological and moral qualities. Nowadays, many incidents that detrimental to the teacher’s morality have appeared in our education ranks, which is not conducive to the harmonious, sustained and healthy development of education.
