对于半刚性基层沥青混凝土路面,新、老水泥稳定碎石的拼接效果对路面拓宽工程具有重要的影响。在调研的基础上,选择乳化沥青、水性环氧黏结剂等材料进行黏结性能比选。研究了新、老水泥稳定碎石纵向接缝室内模拟试验方法,通过劈裂强度和冻融劈裂强度指标评价不同黏结剂用量的使用效果。不宜采用振动压路机碾压新老水泥稳定碎石的接缝部位,而应采用胶轮压路机并增加压实遍数。研究表明,水性环氧黏结剂与水泥的混合物是一种良好的新、老水泥稳定碎石接缝的黏结材料。
For the semi-rigid asphalt pavement, the stitching effect of the new and old cement stabilized gravel has an important impact on pavement widening. On the basis of research, select the emulsified asphalt, water-based epoxy adhesive materials such as bonding performance comparison. The indoor simulation test of longitudinal joints between new and old cement stabilized macadam was studied. The effect of different adhesive dosage was evaluated by splitting strength and freezing-thawing splitting strength index. It is not advisable to use the vibratory roller to grind the seams of the old and new cement stabilized gravel, instead of using a rubber roller and increasing the number of compaction. Studies have shown that the mixture of waterborne epoxy cement and cement is a good binder for old and new cement stabilized gravel joints.
