从钻探工艺角度出发分析了定向钻进和回转钻进的2种钻进工艺的优缺点,同时对回转钻进的偏斜原理和影响因素进行了分析,提出近水平长钻孔轨迹控制施工工艺及实施步骤,运用定向钻进工艺调整钻孔轨迹空间姿态,回转钻进加快钻进效率,引入定向钻进的测量系统对回转段轨迹进行测量,预测回转钻进时的地层偏斜规律,从而指导后续的回转钻进;现场实践表明定向钻进与回转钻进相结合的混合钻进方式,既保证了钻孔轨迹精度,也加快了钻进速度,加深了钻进进尺,效果十分显著。
From the perspective of drilling technology, the advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of drilling technology of directional drilling and rotary drilling are analyzed.
