[目的]研究大豆、玉米不同种植方式对土壤酶活性、土壤无机氮含量的影响。[方法]采用田间小区试验的方法。[结果]与单作相比大豆/玉米混作在0.05水平显著提高了土壤蔗糖酶、脲酶、过氧化氢酶的活性和土壤无机氮养分的含量。土壤酶活性在整个生育期的动态变化是前期低,中期高,后期又降低。相关分析表明,土壤脲酶活性与土壤铵态氮呈在0.05水平显著负相关,与土壤无机氮呈0.01水平显著负相关。土壤铵态氮、土壤硝态氮和土壤无机氮与土壤蔗糖酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性和土壤多酚氧化酶活性未达显著相关。[结论]该研究可为大豆/玉米混作模式的发展和合理利用提供理论依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of different planting methods of soybean and corn on soil enzyme activity and soil inorganic nitrogen content. [Method] The method of field plot test was used. [Result] Compared with single cropping, the soybean / corn mixed at the level of 0.05 significantly increased the activities of soil invertase, urease and catalase and the content of soil inorganic nitrogen. Soil enzyme activity in the whole growth period of the dynamic changes in the early low, high medium, late and then reduced. Correlation analysis showed that soil urease activity was significantly and negatively correlated with soil ammonium nitrogen at the level of 0.05 and negatively correlated with soil inorganic nitrogen at the level of 0.01. Soil ammonium nitrogen, soil nitrate nitrogen and soil inorganic nitrogen had no significant correlation with soil invertase activity, catalase activity and soil polyphenol oxidase activity. [Conclusion] This study could provide a theoretical basis for the development and rational utilization of soybean / maize hybrid model.
