内毒素休克大白鼠肺组织扫描电镜及透射电镜观察,结果发现,内毒素休克大白鼠肺泡壁显著增厚,肺血管内有大量白细胞嵌塞、白细胞肿胀、胞膜不清,胞浆内次级溶酶体增多、血管内皮细胞及肺泡Ⅰ型上皮细胞肿胀、胞浆内泡饮增多,肺泡Ⅱ型细胞肿胀、脱落、表面微绒毛减少,用心脉灵液进行治疗,肺血管内白细胞扣压减少,肺组织结构均有改善,由此说明白细胞在肺血管的聚集、扣压与休克肺的发生发展有密切的关系,而心脉灵液有抑制白细胞聚集的作用,从而改善了休克时的肺损伤。
Scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy of the lung tissue of endotoxin shock rats showed that the alveolar wall of rats with endotoxin shock was significantly thickened. There was a lot of leukocyte infiltration, leukocyte swelling, and unclear cell membrane in the pulmonary blood vessels. Increased lysosomes, swelling of vascular endothelial cells and alveolar type I epithelial cells, increased bubbling in the cytoplasm, swelling, loss of alveolar type II cells, and reduction of surface microvilli. Treatment with Xinmailing and reduction of white blood cell intrapulmonary leukocytes. The structure of the lungs has been improved, which shows that the accumulation of white blood cells in the pulmonary blood vessels, withholding pressure and the occurrence and development of shock lung are closely related, and Xinmai Ling liquid can inhibit leukocyte aggregation, thereby improving the lung injury during shock.
