采用溶剂梯度淋洗法(SGEF)对一种低密度聚乙烯树脂(LDPE)进行结构分级,级分用于定量表征LDPE的支链分布。结果表明:采用溶剂梯度淋洗法能得到不同分子量且窄分子量分布的级分试样。核磁共振波谱仪(NMR)定量分析级分试样的支链类型和数量,发现大分子量组分含有更多6个碳以上的支链。采用凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)定性分析样品的长链支化情况。
A low density polyethylene resin (LDPE) was structurally graded using a solvent gradient elution (SGEF), and the fractions were used to quantitatively characterize the branched distribution of LDPE. The results show that the fractional samples with different molecular weight and narrow molecular weight distribution can be obtained by solvent gradient elution. Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy (NMR) Quantitative analysis of the branching type and amount of the fraction sample revealed that the larger molecular weight component contained more branches of 6 carbons or more. The long-chain branching of the sample was qualitatively analyzed by gel permeation chromatography (GPC).
