焊接空心球节点是网壳结构中常用的节点形式。本文提出了一种等效刚臂换算方法考虑焊接空心球节点刚度,并利用ANSYS有限元软件建立焊接空心球节点网壳结构的传统的梁单元模型和等效刚臂换算法的模型,对40m跨度的焊接空心球节点单层球面网壳进行静力和稳定性能分析,并进行了对比,讨论了设计中焊接空心球节点刚度对网壳整体结构刚度及稳定性的影响。同时,还研究考虑有限元软件计算中梁单元的计算精度对计算结果的影响。本文对焊接空心球节点单层网壳结构设计工作中考虑焊接空心球节点等效刚臂作用的意义提出了建议。
Welded hollow ball joints are commonly used in reticular shell structure. In this paper, a new method of equivalent arm-arm conversion is proposed, in which the stiffness of welded hollow ball joints is considered, and the traditional beam element model and the equivalent rigid-arm conversion algorithm of welded hollow ball-point grid shell structure are established by ANSYS finite element software. Span and the single-layer spherical reticulated shell with welded hollow ball joints are analyzed. And the effects of the stiffness of welded hollow ball joints on the stiffness and stability of the whole reticulated shell are discussed. At the same time, the influence of the calculation accuracy of the beam element on the calculation results considering the finite element software is also studied. In this paper, some suggestions are given for the significance of considering the role of equivalent rigid arm of welded hollow ball joints in the design of single layer reticulated shell of welded hollow ball joints.
