在圆弧螺旋锥齿轮的测绘中要确定其压力角,大端分圆弧齿厚和全齿高。其齿厚和齿高还直接关系到修正系数的确定。测绘的零件中大都是经过使用的,其大端背锥沿齿型都经过倒圆倒角,而倒圓倒角的大小又不可能十分均匀。因而在而前有关技术资料中所介绍的滚印法,实际上只能大致估计其压力角和齿厚,误差比较大,不能满足精密螺旋锥齿轮测绘的要求, 我厂在测绘圆弧螺旋锥齿轮的工作中,探索到一种新的方法,经实际测试验证,基本上能满足测绘的要求。在全齿高,压力角和齿厚的测绘之前,事先必须测定被测齿轮的下列参数:
