在企业既有资源中,人力资源是最为重要也是最为宝贵的,人力资源管理质量掌控着企业发展的命脉,是当之无愧的当代管理核心。在当今提高人力资源的管理水平以及资源开发,是时代发展的需要,也是企业、地区、民族、国家发展、兴旺的重要前提。本文通过对人力资源管理综合评价模型的分析,希望为企业人力资源管理事业献上自己绵薄之力。
In the existing resources of enterprises, human resources are the most important and most valuable, the quality of human resources management is the lifeline of the development of the enterprise, is a well-deserved contemporary management core. Today, improving the management level of human resources and resource development are the needs of the development of the times and an important precondition for the development and prosperity of enterprises, regions, nations and countries. Through analyzing the comprehensive evaluation model of human resource management, this paper hopes to offer its own modest efforts for enterprise human resource management.
