目的:探讨血液透析患者血清脂联素水平与其血脂之间的相关性。方法:维持性血液透析病人72例(实验组)及健康体检合格者20人(对照组),用酶联免疫吸附法测定实验组血液透析前、后及对照组血清脂联素(APN)浓度,血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)及低密度脂蛋白(LDL)的含量。结果:实验组血清APN水平显著高于对照组[(28.526±18.780) mg/L vs(9.278±3.712)mg/L,p<0.01],并且在血液透析后血清APN水平反而增高;多元回归分析表明实验组血清APN与甘油三酯(TG)等呈负相关,与高密度脂蛋白(HDL)呈正相关。结论:血液透析患者血清APN水平明显高于正常人,血清APN水平与甘油三酯等呈负相关,与高密度脂蛋白呈正相关。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between serum adiponectin level and serum lipids in hemodialysis patients. Methods: 72 patients with hemodialysis (experimental group) and 20 healthy people (control group) were enrolled in this study. The levels of serum adiponectin (APN) before and after hemodialysis and the control group were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay , Total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL) and low density lipoprotein (LDL) were measured. Results: Serum APN level in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group [(28.526 ± 18.780) mg / L vs (9.278 ± 3.712) mg / L, p <0.01], and serum APN level increased after hemodialysis. Multivariate regression analysis The experimental group showed a negative correlation between serum APN and triglyceride (TG), and was positively correlated with high density lipoprotein (HDL). Conclusion: Serum APN levels in patients with hemodialysis were significantly higher than those in normal people. Serum APN levels were negatively correlated with triglycerides and so on, and positively correlated with high density lipoprotein.
