在制作一成人左上肢标本过程中,见其小指尺掌侧动脉起始异常,伴拇主要动脉变异(图1),为积累国人解剖学资料,现报道如下。尺动脉终支经豌豆骨外侧入掌,与桡动脉掌浅支吻合成掌浅弓。该弓的凸缘发出5条分支,自尺侧向桡侧依次为3条指掌侧总动脉、拇指尺掌侧动脉和示指桡掌侧动脉的共干动脉及拇指桡掌侧动脉。第3指掌侧总动脉起始外径为1.46mm,向远端沿第4蚓状肌表面走行1.10 cm后在尺侧发出1条起始外径为1.18 mm的深支,该深支沿手掌深面走行0.31 cm后发出起始外径为0.84 mm的小指尺掌侧动脉至小指尺侧
In the production of an adult left upper limb specimen, see the small finger ulnar palmar artery anomalies, with the main arterial variation of the thumb (Figure 1), for the accumulation of Chinese anatomy data are reported below. The final branch of the ulnar artery was pea bone outside the palm into the palm of the hand, and radial artery dorsal metacarpal palmar arch synthesis. The flange of the bow issued five branches, ranging from the ulnar side to the radial side in order of the three finger-sided common arteries, the common arteries of the thumb and the radial palmar arteries, and the common radial artery of the thumb. The third finger had a 1.60 mm initial diameter of the common carotid artery and a deep branch with an initial diameter of 1.18 mm on the ulnar side after traveling 1.10 cm distally along the surface of the fourth hindlimb muscle. After walking 0.31 cm deep in the palm of the hand, the parietal artery of the little finger with the initial outer diameter of 0.84 mm was issued to the side of the little finger
