目的:研究SD大鼠蛇床子给药组与对照组的尿样代谢物谱变化,并探寻可能的生物标记物。方法:以UPLC-Q-TOF/MS技术对大鼠尿样代谢物谱进行测定分析。采用OSC-PLS-DA(正交信号校正-偏最小二乘法-判别分析)法进行分类、分析。结果:蛇床子给药组与对照组大鼠尿样代谢物谱存在明显差别,发现了5个可能的生物标记物。结论:蛇床子组与对照组大鼠尿液代谢物指纹图谱研究分类良好,生物标记物为其可能的毒性机制提供了依据。
OBJECTIVE: To study the changes of urinary metabolites profiles in the Cnidium monnieri group and control group and to explore possible biomarkers. Methods: The urine metabolites of rats were determined by UPLC-Q-TOF / MS. The OSC-PLS-DA (Quadrature Signal Correction - Partial Least Squares - Discriminant Analysis) method was used to classify and analyze. Results: There were significant differences in urinary metabolite profiles between Cnidium monnieri group and control group, and five possible biomarkers were found. CONCLUSION: Urine metabolite fingerprint of Cnidium and control rats is classified well, and biomarkers provide the basis for its possible toxicity mechanism.
