新滩油田为普通稠油油藏,平均原油粘度为2465mPa·s,边底水活跃,蒸汽吞吐效果较其他开发方式效果要好,蒸汽吞吐是新滩油田稳产开发的主阵地。随着蒸汽吞吐轮次的增加,吞吐效果逐渐递减,在蒸汽吞吐开发过程中,随着弹性降压开采的进行,油层压力逐步降低,引起边底水和注入水不断侵入,使高含水井逐渐增多,热采潜力逐渐下降,注汽选井由主力层向非主力层转移,蒸汽吞吐后能量下降快,周期生产时间缩短,油层的动用程度降低,从而影响了最终采收率,自2009年以来,新滩油田引进了注汽+CO2复合吞吐工艺,改善了蒸汽吞吐效果,对其它同类油田的蒸汽吞吐开发具有借鉴意义。
