对热挤压变形处理的Mg-3Al-2Sc合金进行不同工艺的退火处理,分析了不同退火工艺处理后合金的显微组织变化,并测试了热挤压处理和完全再结晶退火后合金的力学性能。结果表明:经380℃×2 h退火后,挤压态的Mg-3Al-2Sc合金基本获得了完全的等轴的再结晶组织,综合力学性能高于AZ31变形镁合金,主要原因在于添加Sc后镁合金的显微组织得到明显细化。
The hot-deformed Mg-3Al-2Sc alloy was annealed by different processes. The microstructures of the alloy after different annealing treatments were analyzed. The mechanical properties of the alloy after hot-extrusion treatment and complete recrystallization annealing performance. The results show that the completely equiaxed recrystallized microstructure of the as-extruded Mg-3Al-2Sc alloy obtained after annealing at 380 ℃ for 2 h has higher mechanical properties than that of the AZ31 modified magnesium alloy, mainly due to the addition of Sc Magnesium alloy microstructure has been significantly refined.
